Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Le Gioie, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every piece you purchase. Each jewel is curated with care, and your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for pieces that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Once the item has been inspected and approved, we will process your exchange, refund, or issue a store credit (depending on your preference).

Refunds

  • A refund request must be submitted within 5 days of payment.

  • Please note that we cannot refund the payment processing commission charged by third-party platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, or credit card processors). This fee is automatically deducted and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned piece has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, custom-made, or special-order pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Items showing any signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be accepted.
